Making a return with us is easy. Please follow the procedures below so we can process your return as quickly as possible.

Before you return your item(s) please make sure that they're unused, in their original packaging and in a saleable condition, with all labels, tags or hygiene seals still attached.
You can return any purchased item, free of charge, in either of the following ways:
By Raising Return Request - We will pick up this order that you wish to return from your door-step. Please contact our Customer Support Team, to finalize the details of the pick up.

Once you have sent your shipment, send us a scanned copy of courier slip and courier tracking details.
Note: Courier Charges will be refunded in the form of Store Credits. Courier charges will be reimbursed subject to charges mentioned on courier slip or flat Rs100/Kg whichever is minimum.
Once we pick up and receive your return, we will review the product. If it meets our Quality Check parameters, we will credit the amount you paid for the products as Store Credits into your account.

RETURN, EXCHANGE & CANCELLATIONS
In case of returns, we will refund the amount you paid for the products as store credits into your Flying Machine account. There is no charge to exchange items for a different size, however all exchanges are based on stock availability. Shipping is also free on the replacement item
Please note that we are only able to offer size exchanges. If you wish to exchange your item for an alternative style, we suggest that you return it for a store credit and purchase the new item separately.
Under normal circumstances, your order is processed and prepared for dispatch immediately. Hence, you may not be able to make any amendments or cancel your order, if it has already been processed for dispatch. In this instance, you would have to return your order once you've received it, in accordance with our Returns Policy.
RECEIVING A REFUND
Your refund will either be credited to the original payment method or Flying Machine account as store credits and will include shipping costs for faulty items or for orders cancelled.
Please note that refunds can take up to 10 working days to show on your account due to varying processing times between payment providers.
TERMS FOR CORRECTLY RETURNING THE PRODUCTS
In order to return a product, you must respect these simple terms to enable receiving the refund for your purchase:
Your notification that you wish to return the products must be received by our Customer Support within 30 days from the date of purchase, otherwise your refund request will not be taken into consideration.
The returned products must be sent in their original packing.
The products must be returned complete and without any signs of having been used or damaged.
The products must be returned with the price tag intact. Therefore if you try a garment on, do not remove the price tag because the returned products will not be accepted without.
Any authenticity cards, dust bags and leather tags provided as part of the original packaging should also be returned.
Returns that are damaged, soiled, worn or altered may not be accepted and could be sent back to you.
Only size exchanges are allowed. Items can be exchanged for a similar size or a different size.
If you choose to self-ship your returns, kindly pack the items securely to prevent any loss or damage during transit. For all self-shipped returns, we recommend you use a reliable courier service.

Refund/ replacement for goods/ merchandise is subject to inspection and checking by Flying Machine team.
Damages due to neglect, improper usage or application will not be covered under our Returns Policy.
